Terms & Policies
Invoicing Cycle
- Standard electronic invoices are generated upon shipment completion and sent via email. Consolidated monthly billing is available for approved accounts.
Due Dates
- Payment is due within 15 days of invoice receipt.
Refund & Cancellation
- Cancellations are required at least 24 hours prior to scheduled pickup to avoid charges. Refunds or credits are evaluated based on service status, accessorials used, and any non-recoverable carrier costs.
